Minimal KYC evidence pack
Prepare Wombat Verification Before the Withdrawal Review
Verification is fastest when each requested field is answered once with a readable, current document. Build a minimal evidence pack before changing the withdrawal request.
Open the secure Wombat verification requestMap each request to one document
Separate identity, residential address, payment ownership and source-of-funds requests. Use the document type named in the authenticated account message rather than sending an unrequested bundle.
Check that the name, date and address match the profile exactly. Explain a legitimate formatting difference instead of altering the file.

Check image quality and validity
Submit the full document with all corners visible, readable text and no glare. Confirm expiry dates and any stated recency window before uploading.
Use the original export or photograph. Screenshots, edited images and repeated compression can remove security features or metadata required by the review.
Protect information that is not required
Follow the portal's masking instruction for card or bank evidence and keep only the fields needed to prove ownership. Never disclose a password, one-time code, PIN or wallet recovery phrase.
Upload through the verified account route. Treat unsolicited requests through messaging apps or lookalike domains as a security incident.
Correct only the rejected field
If a file is rejected, request the exact reason and resubmit the corrected item under the existing case. Preserve the original withdrawal and case number.
Record upload time and status. If the review exceeds the stated window, escalate with the case reference rather than opening multiple verification threads.
Wombat account questions
Should I send every document before Wombat asks?
No. Submit only the evidence requested through the authenticated verification route.
What should I do after a document rejection?
Ask for the exact failed field and replace only that item under the existing case.
