Verify the Wombat PayID Route in Both Directions

Use only the current cashier instruction

Open the authenticated deposit screen and record the displayed PayID identifier, payee name, amount range and payment reference. Do not reuse instructions saved from an earlier session without checking them again.

Compare the payee shown by the bank before authorising. Stop if the name or reference differs from the live cashier instruction.

Match payment ownership

The sending bank account and casino profile should belong to the same verified person. Third-party or business-account transfers can trigger review even when the bank marks the transfer complete.

Preserve the bank receipt, exact debit time and reference. Redact unrelated transactions and balances before sending evidence.

Separate deposit credit from withdrawal eligibility

Confirm whether PayID appears under both deposit and withdrawal tabs. If it is deposit-only, identify the eligible return-to-source or alternative verified route before play.

Check whether a small deposit creates a source-method obligation, whether currency conversion applies and whether a pending bonus changes withdrawable balance.

Trace a missing credit

Compare the bank status with the cashier ledger. If the bank completed the transfer but the balance is missing, provide the transaction reference and ask which reconciliation stage owns it.

Do not send the same payment twice while the first is being traced. A duplicate can create a second ledger problem rather than resolving the first.
